Few things I have learned from this book Summary:
Like it or not, we all strive to avoid getting hurt or damaged. Some of us experiment, take risks to learn about the world around us and ourselves. There are others, who prefer staying in their protective, imaginary shell. Both approaches define the way we choose to interact with reality.
The author also talked about the importance of good Serotonin level, putting yourself first, choosing people who will bring to the fore best in you. You are well aware that you should be comparing yourself only as each person is unique.
Telling the truth and articulate your thoughts most accurately is crucial not only for others to get you but also for you to understand yourself.
