Presence

So, actual presence requires knowing yourself, accepting your strengths and weaknesses, and being kind and honest with yourself. Remember that everything starts with you, and how you treat yourself determines how others perceive you. Therefore, study yourself as an interesting, albeit challenging, science, and love yourself as your closest, yet imperfect, friend. Practice your previously acquired knowledge regularly, and you will soon forget what it means to feel out of place. Let the whole world appear to you as a friendly, kind, and safe place to express yourself and limitlessly realize your ideas.

Try this

• Don't avoid your fears; take small steps toward them because this is the only way to overcome them. For example, I am fear of public speaking, so I started speaking more often with friends.
• Whenever you feel overwhelmed, reduce stress by viewing yourself from an outside perspective, like watching a character who is doing their best. This is my favourite :)
• Introduce meditation into your daily routine. It will help you concentrate, cope with anxiety, and ground yourself.
